aiReply ("the Service") helps owners of Instagram professional accounts respond to comments left on their own posts and to direct messages sent to their own account. The Service is operated by aiReply on behalf of the connected account owner.
We do not collect passwords, payment details, contact lists, location data, biometric data, or any special categories of personal data. We do not read conversations between third parties, and we cannot access anything the connected account itself cannot access.
Solely to prepare a reply to a comment or message addressed to the connected account, and to publish or send that reply on behalf of the account owner. Data is not used to train models, is not sold, and is not used for advertising or profiling.
No reply is published or sent without explicit approval by a human operator of the connected account. Cases involving complaints, disputes, health-related harm or threats are never answered automatically and are always routed to a human.
We use no other processors, and we do not transfer data to anyone else.
Comments, messages and prepared replies are stored for operational logging and quality control and are deleted no later than 90 days after processing. Aggregated, non-identifying usage counters may be kept longer.
Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Credentials are held in environment variables outside of source control. Every incoming webhook is verified by cryptographic signature before it is processed. Access to stored data is limited to the operator of the Service.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data relating to you, including any stored copy of your comment or message. Requests are answered within 30 days.
Write to [email protected] from any address, stating your Instagram username and, if possible, the post your comment was left under. On receipt we delete every stored record associated with that username and confirm by reply. No account is required to make a request.
An account owner who disconnects their Instagram account from the Service has all data of that account deleted within 30 days.
If this policy changes, the updated version is published at this same address with a new "last updated" date.

aiReply помогает владельцам профессиональных аккаунтов Instagram отвечать на комментарии под собственными публикациями и на сообщения, присланные в директ этого аккаунта.
Пароли, платёжные данные, списки контактов, данные о местоположении и особые категории персональных данных не собираются. Переписка третьих лиц не читается.
Исключительно для подготовки ответа на обращение к подключённому аккаунту и его публикации от имени владельца. Данные не используются для обучения моделей, не продаются и не применяются для рекламы и профилирования.
Режим отправки задаётся отдельно для каждого владельца аккаунта. По умолчанию и в течение пробного периода каждый ответ публикуется только после явного одобрения человеком. Владелец может включить автоматическую отправку; в этом случае каждый отправленный ответ вместе с обращением, на которое он отвечает, приходит владельцу в Telegram.
Жалобы, претензии, темы о вреде здоровью и угрозы не получают автоматического ответа ни при каких настройках и всегда передаются человеку. То же относится к ответам, не прошедшим внутреннюю проверку, и к случаям, когда данных владельца не хватило для ответа.
Anthropic PBC (подготовка текста ответа; данные API не используются для обучения моделей), Telegram (показ владельцу для одобрения и уведомления), Meta Platforms (публикация ответа). Других получателей нет.
Не более 90 дней с момента обработки.
Токены доступа хранятся в зашифрованном виде. Каждый входящий вебхук проверяется по криптографической подписи до обработки.
Напишите на [email protected], указав своё имя пользователя в Instagram. Мы удалим все связанные записи и подтвердим ответным письмом. Срок рассмотрения – 30 дней. Заводить учётную запись для запроса не требуется.
